April Blog       Hey everyone! I hope y'all had a great Easter and were able to spend some wonderful time outside as the weather is about to get real hot in Texas! The school year is coming soon to a close, but we are still going strong! Here is what happened this past month at Collin College.   TNF:      TNF (Thursday Night Fellowship), has been a blast! I mentioned last month about our new sermon series that we started, it is called "How do disciples think about..." which then every week we cover a different topic regarding topics that we best believe our students need to hear. We have so far done: How do disciples think about getting advice, their role in community, conflict, their bodies and mental health, and dating. This is our last week before our end of the year party and I will be finishing off the sermon series by preaching on commitments.  March Blog     March is here! This month has been so much fun and I'm excited to let y'all in on it! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work full time doing what I love most, college ministry!  TNF (Thursday Night Fellowship):     Our weekly Thursday Night Fellowship meetings are going great! We are having an average of 80-90 students come every week which is amazing! We are so blessed to have such a great group of consistent students spend their Thursday evenings worshipping the Lord instead of being at home doing who knows what. We have just finished our sermon series on, "Disciples Are..." where every week we choose a different characteristic of Jesus to talk about. We talked about disciples being; humble, intentional, generous, servant hearted, sacrificial, and prayerful. We have realized as a staff team that our students are more engaged with and remember sermon series when there is a clear outline and direction that we are going with. For exa...
